Welcome to MPet – Pet Care Tracker. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MPet mobile application provided by MYNIQ Tech Solutions. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (Email and Password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

MPet offers premium features and subscriptions.

  • Payments are processed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Refunds and cancellations are managed directly through your Apple or Google account settings, subject to their respective policies.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) & End User License Agreement

You are solely responsible for the content, including text and photos, that you upload to the App.

  • Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, harassing, discriminatory, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Moderation & Enforcement: We provide in-app “Report” and “Block” features. MYNIQ Tech Solutions performs timely moderation of reported content. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate the accounts of users who violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Family Circle Feature

You are entirely responsible for the users you choose to invite to your “Family Circle.” MYNIQ Tech Solutions is not liable for any disputes or privacy breaches that occur as a result of sharing your data with users you have authorized.

6. Lost Pet Broadcast Feature

The Lost Pet Broadcast feature relies on temporary location data and the network of local users. It is provided on an “as is” basis. MYNIQ Tech Solutions does not guarantee that the use of this feature will result in the successful recovery of a lost pet and cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, or emotional distress.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding User-Generated Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of MYNIQ Tech Solutions and its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYNIQ Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the App following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
